Responsibilities - Engage with clients in real-time through our live chat system
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and provide solutions
- Address customer complaints, issues, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure all needs are met
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the live chat experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
